How long it takes

Printful makes each order after you check out. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days and shipping another 3 to 7. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days.

What it costs

Printful makes candles, prints, and clothing in different facilities, so each ships as its own package.

Clothing and totes: $6 for a tee or tote, $10 if the package includes a crewneck, plus $3 for each additional item. Candles: $8.50 for the first, $4 for each additional one. Prints: $5 for the first, $1 for each additional one.

Each product page lists its shipping next to the price, and your bag shows the combined total before checkout. Stripe calculates sales tax at checkout.

Returns

We print or label each piece for your order, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If something is wrong

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email hello@sageyourtwat.com with your order email and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows your package lost, or it never arrives, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
